How To  Use Multisensory Methods

When you’re learning:

  • Engage multiple senses. Use multisensory methods to encode information deeply in the brain by combining visual, auditory, tactile, or kinesthetic approaches.
  • Little and often. Space learning across several days rather than trying to cram
  • Regularly review. Take time to pause, reflect, and distil information to help the brain absorb and recall it more effectively.
