While these resources are a great place to get started, some people may benefit more from one-to-one support, whether this is for study skills, mental health, autism or SpLDs. All of these sessions will be tailored to you and your needs, depending on what your strengths and challenges are. Your support worker will create a work plan with you and meet with you each week to discuss practical strategies, to assist you towards your goals.
