Time Circle
Helps with identifying where your time is being spent, to optimise time management in a multisensory way.
Can Be Helpful For:
- Individuals who struggle with time management.
- People who find themselves always running out of time and wondering how to optimise my time effectively.
How To
Use colours or graphics to map your typical time use, such as a pie chart with 24 segments, each representing one hour. Actively track how you currently use your time over the course of a week to get a realistic picture, rather than relying on your perception.
Once you have an average for the week, evaluate your time usage and divide the day into how you would prefer to spend it. Are there activities you need to dedicate more or less time to? How can you implement these changes for optimising time effectively?
What’s the Science?
Our perception of how we’re spending time often differs from reality. Actively evaluating your time usage helps identify patterns and areas for improvement. This approach can lead to meaningful adjustments, making your time usage more intentional and effective.
